If an eircode/postcode is provided, this is the address that your order will be delivered to. Please ensure your eircode/postcode is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong eircode/postcode provided.

Please note: Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. This includes the delivery address.

GENERAL SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Standard Irish Shipping: €10 1-2 Business Day via DPD
Free Shipping with order over €500 (ex. VAT).

UK Orders: 

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days**. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding Irish Bank Holidays) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday or the next working day.

Standard UK Shipping: £10 - 1- 2 Business Days via DHL
Free Shipping with order over £500 (ex. VAT)

*DHL aim to deliver all orders next day, however delivery delays may occur.

**PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 DAYS IN ADDITION FOR DELIVERY DELAYS IN HIGH VOLUME ORDER TIMES SUCH AS BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.

For UK you can also buy from Ellisons who may have delivery offers on from time to time.

TRACK YOUR ORDER 
Waxperts Wax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, An Post will have the most current information regarding your package.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.

DELIVERY PARTNER TRANSPARENCY  We use DPD for ROI and DHL for UK (NI uses both). Both companies have increased their prices for delivery. DHL increased by 5% on April 6th 2026. DHL increased by 4.9% in January 2026.
